My original designs and content are copyright under my name and signature.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds
From the time of order, items are processed and packed, or custom orders are taken by our team. Please allow reasonable time for the creation process which you'll appreciate has to undergo time for making, kiln firings, glazing (this may take 2-4 weeks in some customised cases and depending on quantity*). Once orders are ready, Shipping is prompt and items are carefully packed. Please appreciate that we are currently a small start up business and returns are not available for change of mind. Refunds are only provided if items are damaged or broken during shipment and will only be arranged in conjunction with and through the joint conditions and contracts of postal services. We appreciate your patience if we need to resolve any related issues between parties.
